Who we are

Ounas Health Oy is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact us at info@ounashealth.com, or by post at Mäkelänkatu 2, 00500 Helsinki, Finland.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the forms on this site: the demo request form, the message form on the Contact page and the site survey on the Pricing page.

That can include your name, work email, organisation, country and role, and details about your sites, devices, systems and needs, plus the topic and any message you write.

We do not collect patient data through this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your message, answer your request, prepare a demo or a price proposal, and keep in touch about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before a contract.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. Enquiries, messages and survey answers that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months.

Who else handles it

Our website hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf, under data processing agreements. Data is stored in the European Union where possible; any transfer outside it is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Email info@ounashealth.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
